At RTF Nutrition, we take utmost care in delivering high-quality food products. Due to the nature of consumable goods, our return and refund policy is limited and strictly applicable under certain conditions.


2. Return Eligibility (IMPORTANT)

  • Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video (mandatory) and valid images must be provided
  • Complaint must be sent to: rtfnutrition@gmail.com

👉 Without proper proof (video/images), no return or replacement will be accepted


3. Non-Returnable Items

As per food safety standards and hygiene regulations, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

4. Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Packaging leakage or serious quality issue

5. Refund & Replacement Process

  • Once your complaint is received and verified, we will notify you via email
  • If approved, replacement or refund will be initiated
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider or bank

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

8. Shipping & Returns

  • Customers are not required to return the product physically in most cases
  • Our team will review the issue based on the proof provided
  • In special cases (if required), return instructions will be shared

9. Sale Items

Products purchased under discounts or offers may not be eligible for refund unless defective or damaged.


10. Important Note (Food Safety)

Due to the consumable nature of our products and as per food safety regulations, returns are strictly limited to quality issues only. We do not accept returns for taste preference or change of mind.
